Active Nation Day Workout

Hey guys,
Active nation day is finally here and I’m super excited to lead a workout at the Lorna Jane’s event in Santa Monica Place. It’s open to everyone who wants to come over and spend a few hours having fun and being active. If you can’t come over and workout with me live, then I’d like to encourage you to do this workout at home and celebrate Active Nation Day with me online 🙂
P.S. This workout is instead of new Arm Balance Challenge. To continue practicing Arm Balances, keep working on your weaknesses. Whatever we did so far that you’re having a hard time with, try to focus on this week and I will be posting a new thing to practice next Sunday.

Warm Up Routine
Workout Breakdown
10 Minute Interval training – 40 seconds max effort and 20 seconds rest
- Squat jump forward / back burpee with Rockstar Jump
- Jump Lunge Kick up
- Curtsy Lunge Side Kick (alternating legs)
- Knee Tuck Push Up to Side Plank (alternating sides)
- Bicycle V-Ups (alternating sides)

Finished this workout, just made it 15 min with 15/45secs intervals 🙂 feeling great, homework done as well, now practising handstands 🙂 have a wonderful day everyone! Fall has definitely come to the Czech Rep.!

Great workout! I don’t know whether it’s my new Lululemon all over compression Wunder under pants that I bought in NYC but I did all the jumps without knee pain,it felt so good,I also bought new nike training shoes too,so I guess they helped too.
A question – What is your opinion with Lululemon athletic wear? I’ve read a lot of bad reviews,but up until now I think they are amazing!

Not too tiring but still got a good workout. Every move is relatively easy to follow. One of my favorite. You should have one regular workout and one arm balance every Sunday! 🙂

I did this as a warm up together with the butt hw before JRC #1. National active day workouts complete! 😀
