Challenge: AMRAP

15 minute AMRAP

  1. Squat & twist overhead press x 12 alt.
  2. Forward/back lunge with DB curl x 5/5
  3. Kneeling heel lifts (x5) to kneeling push up x 6 sets
  4. Kneeling side plank leg lifts x 10/10
  5. Shoulder lift (x5) / Butt lift (x5) x 5 sets

*For the progress tracker I count 1 set as 1 rep.

Complete as many reps as possible. How many total did you do? Next time you do this workout, try to beat your score!

How is your training? Have you been consistent? I sure hope so, because it’s been 6 weeks since I started posting this series. If you’ve been exercisingΒ on a regular basis and doing one Bunny Slope Workout a day, you should be feeling pretty good and ready for the next challenge. I will be increasing the intensity as we go and will ask for your feedback. The purpose of this series is not to keep you doing these same workouts forever. The purpose is to get you started and make sure that you’ll keep getting stronger. We don’t want to plateau do we?

    Thank you for the Beginners Bunny workout. I have a question about how I’m supposed to do these. If I do one per day, do I just keep repeating the same session for that week. For example: Bunny Slope #1 on Mon, Tues, Wed….on the same week? Then repeat this with each week’s workout? Thank you

      Now that you have 6 of these workouts, you just want to do one a day and rotate through them. They are progressive in terms of intensity so eventually you won’t be going back to #1 because it won’t be challenging for you anymore, so you will always stick to the latest 7 workouts. Makes sense? πŸ™‚

    Zuzka!!! I used a 25lb KB for the squat & twist o.press and a pair 0f 10lb DBs for the b/f lunge w/ a curl. I completed almost 3R but I was short 3 sets of the last exercise: sholuder lift/butt lift. Also, I did reg. push ups. My arms & abs are on fireee. It was super fun wo!!! xoxo

      I’m glad you had a blast, but I don’t think these workouts are for you πŸ™‚ you’re way too strong already. If this was your recovery workout, it makes more sense πŸ™‚ haha. Good job!

        Zuzka! I’m really enjoying this series! Just by adding heavier weights and modifying certain exercises, you can totally change the feel of the wo. I don’t want to miss any of your wos, I ❀️ them! Today, I’m stronger thanks to you ! You keep us inspired with your creative wos and your positive energy…When first I started working out with you, I couldn’t even do a push up 😊. Anyways, I just want to tell that you’re a-w-e-s-o-m-e! 😘

    Looking forward to this wo. Hopefully I can do 3 if not 4 rounds! Boom!
    After the black diamond wo yesterday I did the 15 min fat burn #3 and throughly enjoyed it! Thank you for everything Z! ❀️

        I have been taking this supplement and I feel much better in terms of more energy abd less anxiety. I have ordered the powder and will betrying it soon. Would highly recommend researching Moringa if you can get the plant even better.

    I did ZWOW #60 as I’m not following this series.It’s been a while since I last did this & after yesterday’s Black Diamond my obliques are sore.I forgot about the weighted squat twists,cross leg push ups & cross body kicks! I really worked up a sweat & got a lobster face!
