Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 15-20 Minutes
  1. Bridge x 20
  2. Swimming x 10 (chest lift, single leg lifts)
  3. In and out bridge x 20
  4. Cross ankle heel raises 20 / 20
  5. One Leg Bridge with Knee tuck alternating x 20
  6. Wag the tail leg lifts x 20
  7. Side Crunch x 20/20
  8. Plank up to kneeling push up x 10

Don’t slow down before the new year, and stay on track throughout the next 2 weeks. I promise you’re going to enjoy the beginning of 2016 a lot more if you don’t slack or binge 🙂 Not saying you shouldn’t enjoy yourself during the holidays, just be mindful and don’t give in to unreasonable temptations. I’m constantly posting new recipes that are healthy and delicious. Have you tried the No Bake, Low Sugar, Low Carb Pudding Pie? It’s SO GOOD!

    Hi Zuzka
    I wanted to know how to get all the way down on a push up? Even when on my knees? I’m 46 years old, overweight, but have some muscle built up. I’m only able to bend my arms and little bit. I started your Arm Balances workouts 1 and 2. Any other suggestions ? Thanks in advance for your response.

      Hi Karen: I have the same problem. I’ve been trying for a very long time to go down lower on my push-ups but have been unsuccessful. I would also love to know how to build up specific muscles that will help.

      I’m strong in other areas…e.g. I swing 35lb kb but there’s other things like this that I just not so strong at.

      Hi Karen, maybe practice pushing up from the floor (start lying down) tensing your abs really strongly, to start with to get a bit more strength. The tendency will be to lead with your chest and leave your hips behind, also doing upper body elevated higher then knees makes it a bit easier. Hope that helps 🙂

    Omg the wag the tail leg lifts and the side crunches were killing my abs this morning. I think I might be a little sore because of yesterday’s Black Diamond workout 😁 It feels really good! Have a nice day 😊 XOX

    Love an easy day workout even though they take time following your food journal and loving it so looking forward to your book I am cheating way less often and feeling like I’m burning more fat thank you for you work Merry Christmas All 🙂

    I loved all the exercises, especially, the Swimming, Wag the tail leg lifts, Plank up to kneeling push up. Another great wo in the Bunny slope series! Also, I did power yoga #30. Have a nice day! xoxo

    Great workout Z!!! It’s gloomy here in Tampa, FL today. I was feeling lazy and didn’t want to get out of bed. I chose this workout since it was on the floor and now since I have completed this, I am motivated and ready to tackle the day!!

    I Tried another beginner strengh Workout and Had muscle Pain for 5 days…. After 1,5 years without Sport i am so Badly out of shape but thank zuzka there are these workouts. I did six of them with one day recover and i feel better Even after this short periode of time and that gives me hope 🙂 My son is three month now and i want to be a fit and healthy Mom and a good role model in a world Full of industrial foods, Tons of sweet stuff and overweight and sick People.
    I Board sliders and it is my goal to do the slider Workouts, they are so cool 😎
