It’s been 7 weeks since I’ve been posting these workouts for complete beginners, and if you’ve been following along and exercising with me daily, you’re most likely ready to kick it up a notch and increase the intensity. If this workouts feels too hard for you, go back to Bunny Slope Workout #1 and rotate through all of the 7 previous routines for the following 7 days. Do one workout a day and then try this workout again. I can guarantee you, that you are going to feel stronger. It’s all about consistency. Keep going and you will get stronger, faster, leaner or whatever your goal is.

    Nice wee puff used at 12kg kettle for the squat leg lift, lymphy leg didn’t like the side step back lunge lose strength and balance but preserved and got through :)…thank you for doing these Z they are handy for all levels 🙂 🙂

    Nice!!! I really like all the exercises, especially the side step knee up to back step knee up. I used 15 lb DB for the clams, I got a great burn! Thanks Zuzka!

    Hi Zu…nice light workout. A pity I do not have my ankle weights here but I will repeat it once I reach home with weights. My score was 3 rounds in 16:05, last exercise I did 40 reps, 20 reps on elbows and 20 on hands. See u, take care.

    Not a beginner, but I’m doing the bunny slope series to jump start myself after about 2 months of inconsistency. I was working out, but with too many breaks between. A break like that caused me to lose so much strength and definition in just a couple of weeks. It was depressing. I truly feel improvements after getting through these workouts. Now I’m ready to get back in the zgym! 😉

    The clam shell leg extensions were killing me! Didn’t feel so beginner to me, but I could be just weak in that area 🙂

    I did one of my own yesterday, but i will do this one today with my 25 kb or my 10 lbs dumbbells,tomorrow I will do the thursday workout…! I changed it a little bit…hahaha.
