Hey guys, today I decided to have a little bit of fun and use an unconventional exercise equipment. A kitchen pot. It’s ok, you can roll your eyes and think I’m silly, but make sure to watch the video, because you’ll get some tips on how to use the pot to practice exercises that are really challenging and also how to add challenge to exercises that are quite easy. Have fun!
Time Challenge – try to complete this workout within 5 minutes.
- Reptile Push Up x 10 alt. legs
- Pistol Squat x 5/5
- Backward Lunge / Side Lunge x 10/10
- Jump Switch Legs / Push Up/Knee Tuck / Leg Lift x 10 alt. sides
- Sit up – turn left / Sit up – turn right / Sit up raise the pot overhead
