About the workout schedule

One of my workouts a day is good enough to improve your health and fitness, and get real visible results. If you’re super motivated to get super fast results, you can do the second suggested workout in this schedule, but caution should be taken to ensure that you’re not regressing by draining your energy too much.

I’m posting new workouts at midnight (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone, before the day starts. You can find this workout schedule on the right side of each page with links to the new workouts included.

You can also check out my latest weekly Food Journal where I share what I eat on a daily basis. I suggest you do your Friday high intensity training early in the day and the 5 minute bonus workout at the evening so that you can go out and enjoy your carbs.

Workout Schedule for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

    Does anybody have any idea how long it will take to ship the items from Zuzka’s store to Europe? Or in Scandinavia? 🙂 I made my order on 30th of November and I was just wondering how long do I have to wait 😀 Too excited to try the hoodie and the top on! Lol 😀 I know it has been only 6 days since making the order so I’ll probably have to wait a while longer.. 😀 If someone has ordered to Europe with the International shipping (the cheapest one) let me know when you get yours 🙂

    I just started my 6th week of Cardio and Strength program, and in addition I started to do the Arm Balance challenge three days ago 🙂 I made my workout in the morning and will do the challenge after school.

      Hello Maiju! so, my experience with international shipping from US to Europe is approximately 10 days (to Slovakia)..at least 4 days left:) btw – you ordered the same combination of what I´m now thinking to order..hoodie and the top!! Have a nice pre-christmas time!!!

        Hey. Okay, that doesn’t sound so bad then 😀 thank you for answering. I hesitated about ordering since the shipping was pretty expensive but then I thought, what the hell, I really really do want them, haha. And I considered it as a reward for doing a workout every day for 5 weeks. There’s always a good explanation to do shopping 😀 I’ll write the reviews as soon as I get my pieces 🙂

        a lot of going to basics will happen in the coming weeks and months and Zgym does not meet my requirements any longer. I have been off the last 2 months, so no real point to keep subscribing.
        -pelvic floor assessment with women’s health physio (which was never subscribed by gyn/ob)
        -hypopressive fitness to start soon (depends on the above)…both of these will involve correct posture, correct breathing, correct engagement of PF and ANY core muscles
        -focusing on mobility drills
        -shifting my lifestyle from active sedentary (which is being sedentary with an active bout of workout) to being as active as possible on the remaining 12 hours when I am awake!
        -doing loads of myofascial release (using MELT method with soft foam roller and Yoga TuneUP balls ) to aim for a long lasting painfree body
        -other recovery techniques (e.g. flossing)

        Strength will be my go-to “workouts”, until I am cleared for plyometrics…and then maybe I will get into functional calisthenics workouts again.

      Did you try to buy the product? We have it set up to ship everywhere.. It’s expensive to ship though…
      Hopefully one day we’ll be able to get better shipping rates. Don’t worry, you can still build your body even without any supplement. Supplements can help but ultimately we can live and thrive without them if we learn to eat healthy and exercise daily.

    I am excited to finally try the Z’s preworkout today before my workout … is it still safe for me to take my usual dosage of coffee? I take about 200mg every morning (pill form) ???Thank you!!
