This is not the original ZWOW #13, because I really didn’t like that one. I still remember everything about that workout. Where I shot it, who was with me in the studio and how I felt. I remember thinking: Wow, this workout kinda sucks 🙂 So I decided to change things up, simplify it and make it more challenging. Hope you’ll have fun!

Fun recovery workout – 69 cals, HR132/169. Followed this with an old Zshred 13, which was brutal! (263 cals, HR160/175).

I did Zshred #13 Thursday morning. I really enjoyed the moves. I used two 25lb KB’s for the dead lifts to calf raise. Perfect workout before a long car ride. I can not workout again until Sunday night and i am going crazy.

2 kbs for deadlifts! I don’t have two of the same weight, but might have to invest now! I keep seeing advanced kb routines using double kettlebell swings/snatches which look fun (and hard). Enjoy your recover day 🙂

This is great for a Friday evening 😀 !! I can’t say that is was super hard, but the bunny hops definitely made my heart rate go up 🙂 and the last one is really challenging !!! I love tabata style workouts 😀 😀 😀 !!! Great sweat for today, I need to do the homework now :p and then shower, healthy dinner and cinema 😀 have a nice weekend Warriors and Zuzka :*

I don’t remember zwow 13 and if I’m honest I don’t remember any of them except zwow 5 which was my fave back then. So basically re-visiting all the zwows feels like new workouts for me:) But this one looks fun and will definitely try ti.
