This is not the original ZWOW #13, because I really didn’t like that one. I still remember everything about that workout. Where I shot it, who was with me in the studio and how I felt. I remember thinking: Wow, this workout kinda sucks 🙂 So I decided to change things up, simplify it and make it more challenging. Hope you’ll have fun!

    This was a perfect w/o for me today since I caught a cold and not feeling 100%. I considered skipping my w/o today, but I’m glad I didn’t because I feel great! It didn’t drain me out, but did this w/o did bring my HR up 🙂

    Total of 222 reps. It was a good workout managed to rise the heart rate but not completely out of breath. Did it after Body Crush #23.
