Isn’t it so much fun to see your own improvement and progress? I absolutely love going way back to really old workouts that I’ve done couple years ago and prove to myself that you can get fitter as you get older. They say that 30 is a major breaking point and from that point on you’re just getting old. Age is not an obstacle when it comes to fitness, so what are your goals that you would like to achieve within the next 5 years? I have a few, and I can’t wait to get there. It’s fun to have performance goals and it’s something that can keep you motivated a lot more than just your desire to look a certain way.

    After resting since last friday- I decided to try this today. It felt okay- my back feels stiff on the plank jumps, but otherwise I think I feel good! We will see how I feel tomorrow!

    Pretty basic…. BUT Sooooo effective!! I was already tight/sore from yesterday kb pendulums …. this was great and I feel amazing!

    I didn’t write down time first time , I probably just followed you. Today it took me 12:17 min , but I don’t have to talk during my workout so that is your disadvantage . Great cardio . Thank you

    Wow, wiped out after that esp trying to keep up with Z! I had to do one extra round at the end to make up for lost reps

    13:15 and back in 2012 my best time (i made it three times) was 17:50

    I am at past 40 and in better shape than in my 20’s. I know I will be even better when I get to 50. The most difficult are the flexibility goals, because when your joint capsules are the limitation…it takes time. Also some of my bone structure is a limitation. however anything related to strength and endurance is so much more achievable. Amongst others: deep full squat with heels on the ground (I gained already some cm), dead-body pull up, a flag position on a pole, climbing up a rope, handstand, wheel pose, king pigeon, full lotus,snatch a 12kg KB. I use also TRX and BOSU and have some fun things I want to be able to achieve ,but I need to get my diastasis recti totally healed first.
