Isn’t it so much fun to see your own improvement and progress? I absolutely love going way back to really old workouts that I’ve done couple years ago and prove to myself that you can get fitter as you get older. They say that 30 is a major breaking point and from that point on you’re just getting old. Age is not an obstacle when it comes to fitness, so what are your goals that you would like to achieve within the next 5 years? I have a few, and I can’t wait to get there. It’s fun to have performance goals and it’s something that can keep you motivated a lot more than just your desire to look a certain way.

13:54 😀 I’m so proud of myself. I’ve pushed really hard. I was doing the weighted curtsy lunges with a pair of because I was hitting my knees with the kettlebell. 🙂
    Great workout xx

I don’t know what’s wrong with me, I couldn’t do the side plank leg lift without falling over today! I started using a 26lb kb but switched to 12lb db as I felt I could keep better form with them for the curtesy lunges. Great workout, challenging mentally at the thought of six rounds but they flew by.

Life is a journey, just count your blessings each day you wake up. Eat clean most of the time, treat yourself some, and stay active. I wouldn”t go back to my 20’s or 30’s if I could; just turned 46 and know it might take a bit more to stay in shape but it is worth it!

Zuzka!!! Today is my first day on my vacation. After spending overnight on the plane and all the afternoon walking around, I managed to squeeze zwow #8 😉 with modified curtsy lunges. It was hard to keep my balance on the side plank leg lift. My time 13:54. This is the first time I do wo at night ( 8pm) because normally I do first thing in the morning. It is too hard to skip your wos, I just love them! xoxo

Wow, this was crazy as hell. I remember this workout from back in the day and as of what I can recall I was just following you then since that was my max effort. Today I did this workout just a bit better then you Zu, 13:11 min for 6 rounds.

Since I am 34y young 😀 (I have to say I don’t and didn’t feel the age as I thought I would when I hit the big 30 – its probably bc this is my best shape since 2009), I am hoping that in the next 5 years I would still be able to continue following you and your Zgym and continue to strive for greatness when it comes my fitness and everything else (and maybe become a parent if I find the right person). 🙂

But as I figured, no planning, just keeping pushing forward and try to be as positive as possible.
Hope all of you WarriorZ have a great weekend.
    Xx

Zuzka age is what you make it! I am 52 and have been doing your workouts for the past five years. My fitness level has improved much more than I thought imaginable. Physically, mentally and spiritually I feel great.
My group of friends and I have been experiencing menopause which is different for every woman. By eating right and exercising consistently I’ve been able to manage the symptoms of menopause without hormone replacement therapy. This is huge for me.
My goals are to inspire my friends as well as other woman my age to eat right and exercise, and to keep my health above average for a woman my age going through the change of life!! Thank you for all you do to educate and inspire all of us:)
