Isn’t it so much fun to see your own improvement and progress? I absolutely love going way back to really old workouts that I’ve done couple years ago and prove to myself that you can get fitter as you get older. They say that 30 is a major breaking point and from that point on you’re just getting old. Age is not an obstacle when it comes to fitness, so what are your goals that you would like to achieve within the next 5 years? I have a few, and I can’t wait to get there. It’s fun to have performance goals and it’s something that can keep you motivated a lot more than just your desire to look a certain way.

    Wow, that was insane cardio…completely wiped. My old time (July 2013) was 14:47 using a 15lb KB. Today, I completed 6 rounds in 13:22, using a 30lb KB!! I was really pushing myself, wanted to keep up with Zu! Those side planks were starting to hurt the outside of my foot though… Ouch, glad it was only 10 reps.

    Did this in 18 minutes. Really did not think i was lagging until i compare my time to others. I will try this again soon. This one was a good one to do the day after Summer Shred #2.

    I’m soooo sick couldn’t do it completely have to make some modifications. Will try this again once I recovery from this terrible flu. 🙁

    Thank you very much, Zuzka, for this amazing workout! It’s so cool and dynamic! By mistake I was doing Side Plank Lifts instead of Side Plank Leg Lifts. My time: 20:54 (with 12 kg kettlebell). I’ll repeat it in a few days with Side Plank Leg Lifts and 16 kg kettlebell 🙂
