Does anyone remember this workout? It’s so long ago, but maybe you have a record in your old exercise journal with your personal best. The beginning of 2012 was a very hard time for me, and it was reflecting on my workout performance and body composition. I got a little heavier because I was going through the type of stress that makes you want to eat more than exercise, and my mind was mostly just spinning. The workout itself was the only time when my mind became completely quiet. The feeling of relieve and serenity right after my training would carry me through at least a portion of the day and kept me sane. If you’re going through something difficult in your life right now, remember two things:
1. It’s going to be ok.
2. Your training will help you get through it, so push yourself even if you don’t feel like it.

Workout Breakdown
1. Santana Push Up to 180 Burpee x 10
2. Sumo Squat (x3) to Jump Tuck x 10
3. Crab toe touch x 30 alt.
4. Low Jacks x 20

My Old record from 2o12 was 2 rounds + #1, #2, and 10 Crab toe touches.
This time I completed 3 rounds and 4 sumo squats to jump tuck.

Did this workout 2 years ago (July 2013) – 3 full rounds. This time – 3 full rounds + all Santana push-up/burpees + 6 sumo squat/jump tucks (those are hard!). Progress!! 👍🏼

2 rounds and up to 12 toe touches of the next round. Finished a full 3 rounds in 10:45.

I completed three full rounds inside of the 10 min. I kept on going though, so I could equal you off time – 1 min. and 39 sec. more. Loved it :p

Also, something I found kind of interesting is when I do the keto diet for like a week or longer then have one day where for some reason I break it and eat some carbs the workout the next day is always a record breaker where I feel like I have unlimited energy.

3 Full rounds in the time plus just started the santana so added the rest of the workout to the end. not sure on total time, but I was wiped! Guess what you do when you’re wiped? Add 20 swings and 20 pendulum of course! I think I am getting addicted to them :0

OMG I am sweating like crazy..I love this short ones because I push myself more I feel and all the sudden things that are very hard just happen! I did the full santana push ups with no modification!! thats a first for an entire workout! …I kept up until the end of the second round when Z started to get ahead but still 3 rounds with 5 Santana push ups!!!! I didn’t think i was gonna go past 2 and I totally did! keeping good form on everything!…love love love when this happens!!!
The LBS homework kicked my butt!!! I did the KB jump squats with the 20lb KB..20×5 and I did them goblet style….I am melting away as I write this!

Omg I do remember this! So cool!
And I remember that I was doing this in my mother-in-laws big bathroom (yes it was the only place in her house where I could do a workout) and there were two thoughts in my head: 1. I’m going to get that same body Zuzka has and 2. Shit this workout is haaaaaard 😀
