    The wall workouts are so much fun. Nice to change it up. I really felt the inside of my thighs getting worked with the pistols to side jump step up, which is great because I don’t often feel the burn there.

    This looks like a good one but tough. I’m behind on the No-Equipment challenge and I’m so sore. Has anyone ever tried magnesium oil? If so does it help sore muscles?

    This was awesome! It made me realize that I only need a little help up on the pistols. Before I thought I was so far from being able to do them but now I realize it was more of a balance & psychological thing 🙂

    91 reps in 12 mins, then after the timer I finished out the second round 🙂

    That was a great fun workout. #2 is the killer! Did this with my TRX, as I feel more comfortable with this.
    Did 141 reps in time and rest of the 3rd round out of time. Love it!

    2 rounds + 8 of #2 (finished the last two so u was even;). 144 reps and marked as a favourite. x

    Did 2 rounds plus ex 1 with unassisted pistols but had to go slow and careful for #2 because my sprained knee is still painful and swollen…seems like it will never get better but i don’t want to quit exercising legs so frustrating 🙁 its been more than 6 months since my last injury

    Okay I am a couple days behind this week…..I thought it was just me having a hard time but lots seemed to think this was hard. Loved it. Always feel good after a hard workout.

    Zuzka can you give me some extra home work for my derriere area…

    Loved this!!! Like the wall assisted pistols. I still had to pause but I can see how that will help my technique.
