This is a new series in ZGYM that I'm sure will be appreciate by those who really don't want to or can't spend too much time exercising, yet want to feel good and do something that is effective. These short 12 minute workouts consist of 4 bodyweight exercises targeting the full body with more emphasis on different areas. This one for example is going to target mostly your abs, and strengthen your heart by putting your through a pretty intense cardio. There are suggestions in the workout breakdown below for low impact modifications. I know that some of you guys can't do much jumping, so just remember that you need to raise up your heart rate during these workouts and if you can't accomplish that with jumping, then you need to add weights. The weights have to be challenging you and make you really winded and out of breath - that's how you know you're getting a great cardio. Have fun!
