This workout is a great cardio / abs routine that will leave you feeling like you've just done a triathlon. I was soaked in sweat after this 12 minute AMRAP so I had to jump into the shower right after, which by the way took me about the same amount of time as the workout. If you think about it this way, you won't have a problem to get yourself up to do your workout on a daily basis. I know it could be hard at first to get on track, but once you create a habit, you'll be addicted to daily exercise. Just like so many of my ZGYMers, am I right??

    Hi Zu…well…I am really slow and maybe tired…I did this one also right after the wo of the day and got a not so good surprise that I did not beat my score 🙁 but it is ok! Keep going. Score below, see you all, take care.

    1st time-28 May 2016-3 rounds+exercise 1 and 4 reps of exercise 2-total 264 reps
    2nd time-20 Sept 2016-2 rounds+exercise 1 and 10 reps of exercise 3- total 190 reps (I skipped exercise 2 and did exercise 3 instead, finished all reps of exercise 3 with extra time-done after other wo)
