This workout is a great cardio / abs routine that will leave you feeling like you've just done a triathlon. I was soaked in sweat after this 12 minute AMRAP so I had to jump into the shower right after, which by the way took me about the same amount of time as the workout. If you think about it this way, you won't have a problem to get yourself up to do your workout on a daily basis. I know it could be hard at first to get on track, but once you create a habit, you'll be addicted to daily exercise. Just like so many of my ZGYMers, am I right??
