This workout is a lot of fun, and a great routine pretty much for all fitness levels. What makes this workout so universal is the fact that you can modify any of these bodyweight exercises to make them easier or more challenging. I have included workout breakdown video for you - but brace yourself, it's quite long because I had to go over 14 exercises. You can kind of skip forward if you drag the video slider.

The only thing you'll need for this high intensity interval training is your exercise mat and something to jump over. I'm using soft foam blocks that are at about my knee height. Make sure to test yourself first with a lower obstacle and increase the height gradually until you find the right height for you.     Just what I needed! So much fun. I was pretty beat by the end and wasn’t able to hold my last plank- something to work on for next time. Please more workouts in this series!

    Hi Zu and friends! I did this nice workout today…good old style…simple and effective. Loved it…thanks a lot Zu…sometimes I am too critic and hard with you but you know I love you, right? Cant leave Zgym! See you all, take care.
