This workout is a lot of fun, and a great routine pretty much for all fitness levels. What makes this workout so universal is the fact that you can modify any of these bodyweight exercises to make them easier or more challenging. The only thing you'll need for this high intensity interval training is your exercise mat and something to jump over. I'm using soft foam blocks that are at about my knee height. Make sure to test yourself first with a lower obstacle and increase the height gradually until you find the right height for you.
