    Dripping sweat! Was feeling lazy before and almost never did it but missed a few days in a row packing for a vacation so needed this sooo much….now to stretch. Thanks for an awesome workout!!

    I know I’m in trouble when I become sore right after a workout instead of the next day. I’m scared to wake up tomorrow! Thank you Zuzka for kicking my butt on the daily! You made me love working out again.

      So update – I did this workout Wednesday instead of Tuesday. It’s Friday night (technically early Sat morning) here in California and my legs are TRASHED. I mean TRASHED. I can barely walk down stairs. I have NEVER been this sore. It’s a good thing – but oh man…. it’s painful.

        Me too. Last week’s workouts had me sore for DAYS. It’s been awhile, but there have been quite a few times that my legs/butt were so sore that I could barely even sit down on the toilet! Ha ha. A couple times I remember taking the elevator up to the second floor at work because I could not even handle the stairs. 🙂

    This, for me, was an X. The quad burn was unreal. I can stand any other muscleburn, but quads make me want to cry. Also great cardio. I have a lot of room for improvement so looking forward to hitting this again and see my progress in endurance.

    Oh my god! I’ve managed 224 reps in total! It was so hard! But eventually I’ve reached all workouts of this week and I’m ready for the tomorrow workout! I haven’t done my 100 swings yet. I hope I’ll finish it!
    Who can say that without equipment it is impossible to kill your butt? 😄
    Hopefully I’ll can walk tomorrow 😳

    Hi Zu and friends…I did this workout today but I always think I need more upper body workouts. This one was so nice because worked my quads also…good burn Zu and I totally underestimated this one…hahahah…:) killer for legs specially after a 30 min walk. Score below, see you all and take care.
