If you enjoyed the first workout in this series, then you will definitely love this one. There's just something really fun about going through the long list of bodyweight exercises. The time will fly during this workout and you'll be drenched in sweat by the end of it! Remember that you can always modify the exercises that are too hard for you. For example if you're having some problems doing Scorpio Push ups, you can do regular push ups or keep one leg up in the air without bending it towards your opposite shoulder.  If One Leg Surrender Jump Squat is too hard, then just jump on one leg bending your knee only half way down.     Hey, Zu! I did it!!! I am in my 4th week of pregnancy and I could! Can’t believe it! I feel dead! I did less reps than you, but it was really heard. I just imagine myself pushing up a baby during contractions and it helps me to move on and keep going!

    loved this, i feel exhausted now though! i am on day 2 of Keto so i think I’m feeling more tired than usual. i noted that you said you felt he same on your day #2 Zuzka so that made me feel a lot better!!! Thanks for the workout, good to start getting fit again.
