    Wow. This was intense for me! I had to modify the first pistol lunge/back lunge to side lunge/back lunge, but did 2 extra reps per side and ending with Z. The plank tucks, I also had to use both arms for balance. Otherwise, kept time and feeling the burn! 🙂 These sliders are fun!

    Beat my reps by 10 from last time and accidentally added a side lunge into the curtesy side lunge slide heel lift squat on the first round. Oh well, it burned! Was able to do almost all the side plank slides without assistance from my other hand. Much improvement!!

    I love the Power Slide series — great low impact workout for those of us who need to tone the impact down. Side plank Knee tuck slides were very challenging, had to modify, but otherwise loved this workout!

    Did this one today instead of tomorrow as tomorrow is devoted to riding and a Pilates class. This one was tough! Those pistol/back lunge slides–holy glutes!
