All I want to say today is this. Have fun, don't be afraid to push yourself harder and break a sweat. Be in the moment and enjoy the burn. I have a little tip for those of you who have a harder time to get up and do the workout. Maybe it's just a lack of motivation or a little bit of laziness. It's ok, it's normal and no need to feel bad about it. We all go through these moments. What helps is to watch someone else doing the workout. So if you're dragging your workout, try to watch the video for a few minutes. I procrastinate too sometimes and find myself sitting by the computer for too long dragging the shoot/workout.
