    Question, in the write up at the top it says to do this every day until next wednesday? Is that part of an older series run… or is this more homework or what?

    Oof, I had a hard time today between being a little stiff from the butt workout still (I must have needed a little more stretching) and recovering from a doozy of a migraine (uuuuugh, they love to come around in the fall. Boooo!)…but I made it! I just stuck with the 2 rounds. Finished in 9 minutes 43 sec and burned 161 calories.

    About 150 cals burned. 188 max HR! It is my new score. )
    I did 2 full rounds and 1,2,3,4 and 2 burpees for 15 minutes.

    Z, what kind of exercise mat do you use? I’ve noticed it stays perfectly flat. Mine bunches up – it would be good to have one stay put like that. Thanks!

    Competition burpees were VERY chalenging for me on the week 1. I remember I couldn’t do 10 in a row. Today actually I was a bit nervous when I saw 30 of them in a round. But I did it and it’s amazing 🙂 10-10-8 / 7-8-10
    Thank you for your program. I really see my progress 🙂

    Hey Z! Just wondered if you could add a 5 minute or less “quick cool down and stretch”. The cool down you offer now is around 13 minutes. Once you add in the workout plus the cooldown it’s a bit long for this busy mom! lol

    Also, a big thank you for adding a “notes” section to the work out area! Really appreciate it!!

    Did it first time today and it killed me complelty lol. There are two things i hate in general and that’s burpees and mountain climbers. It’s sooo nice that you combine all those things here hahaha. So i guess after this week i will dream of those lovely exercises 😀 Thx!

    Doing this WO I realized that it’s not so much about your body and endurance as it is about your head. I kept slowing down and stopping because my head was telling me that I’m so out of breath, can’t do it, need to slow down. This has never happened to me before. So now I know how to deal with it. Get over yourself biatch! We all can do better! 🙂
