    Wow this workout was so fun & I liked all of the static poses! Last night while asleep, I had a terrible Charley horse in my left calf that woke me up. It is still tender but I am so happy I was able to complete this workout with Zuzka (I have yet to miss a day & am two months in now and LOVING it!). I just did regular sumo squats instead of the jumping ones and all was well! xo, ~Katie.

    Great workout. With the end of this week i will finish the Beginner Cardio series. As i also finished Beginner Cardio series before i will try some of the normal workouts then. Have never been that motivated before, thank you so much for all your videos and workouts Zuzka.

    Got sick a little bit, so made this workout as low impact. Just what I needed to cheer up myself but not overstrain.
