    Week 3 of beginner…..doing the recommended format of cardio, strength and kettlebell + the arm balance series. I feel amazing at week 3, such a rush after finishing a workout!!! Thank you Zuzana:)

    Hi Zuzka, hi everyone.

    I couldn’t workout for the entire week since I was very sick. I wanted to go back on my training slowly and without too much intensity. This workout was perfect in that purpose. I did it in 20’40” because I did 3 rounds instead of 2. I’m afraid I’ve lost a lot of energy and strength because of the sickness but this gives me a reason to push even harder for the week to come!
    Also my dumbbell are too light for me now, it’s time to get new ones!! \o/
