Benchmark Workout


Here's the beast of a workout that will test you in terms of your strength and endurance. We'll be coming back to this routine every single month, so you better learn to love it even if you hate it, because it's not going away. I really do hate this workout, and the more I hate it the more it makes me proud to beat my personal record. The last time I did this, it took me a little over 25 minutes. My new personal best is 23 minutes and 25 seconds. I want to know what's yours, however make sure that you are keeping a proper form and full range of motion. Everyone can do this in 18 minutes with half ass push ups, pistols and jump lunges, but few can do it under 25 minutes with an excellent form.

    I’m coming back from some time off for health reasons and this was my first time really pushing to my limit. Got 22:42, so sweaty!!! Pistols could have had more depth but overall form was pretty good. Thanks for this one Zuzka, it was tough!

    omg took me a very long time to do this workout. 39:05 last time i don’t remember. But the pistols are hard and reps are a lot. Very hard workout.

    My score is 28:10 for the very first time… I love it! And Im very happy that I go back to Zuzka after long time. Her workouts are the best and results are interesting. I believe that I will be in my best shape again soon. Have nice time everybody!

    Can’t believe it – 4 months postpartum with baby number 5 and I have a personal best 16:58 – I thought I’d be way slower!

    Wow, still a killer. I did manage to beat my last score which was 17:22 for 2 rounds, and this time I did 16:17 for 2 rounds. I am quitting as I have a big run this afternoon. Going to do the 5 minute Ab workout instead of the other 2 rounds.

    I did this one today and was worried I wouldn’t quite hit my personal best (the last time I did it was a little slower than my personal best)…but I managed to beat it by a nice amount! Personal best was previously 19:45, but hit 18:58 this time! I found it reeealllllly helped that I had a giant stopwatch in front of me. And as I was nearing the end and getting tired and tempted to slow down, when I saw it looked like it was going to hit it close, it was super motivating to keep pushing through! Legs are trembling after this one…I forgot what an killer this one was! 😀
