We'll be coming back to this routine every single month, so you better learn to love it even if you hate it, because it's not going away. I really do hate this workout, and the more I hate it the more it makes me proud to beat my personal record. The last time I did this, it took me a little over 25 minutes. My new personal best is 23 minutes and 25 seconds. I want to know what's yours, however make sure that you are keeping a proper form and full range of motion. Everyone can do this in 18 minutes with half ass push ups, pistols and jump lunges, but few can do it under 25 minutes with an excellent form.
