    Hi Zu and friends…I just realized I have not taken a recovery day this week, although I really needed it now so I took a day off today. I just did 9:00 min plank (straight and forearm) and that is all. A new challenge is going on so I will be planking daily till the end of the month. Packing and finishing the details of our trip so now see you all somedays here or on IG. See you all and take care. Stay fine and let us keep going. I am feeling much better now, it is a new year…new me, new you, new warrioz! 🙂

    That is as tough. Balance ball with one leg was tricky. I fell off the ball but got up and keep going.

    just did it today, I’m now catching up with pull up workouts starting with this series, as only recently we got pull up bar and also only recently ive recovered from my another shoulder injury:D
    can do pull ups yet omg every time I lift myself a few millimetres higher :D, the last exercise with a ball I nearly broke my teeth as I lost balance on the ball LOL, so decided to go without db and learn how to balance with one leg first 😀

    I have to admit…these workouts with the ball are my least favorite. The ball ends up just pissing me off and frustrating me!! I’m very short so I can never find a ball that works right for me!
