You guys have been enjoying these workouts so much that I had to do an extra one for this series. This doesn't mean that we won't be doing any more pull ups or hanging knee raises, however I think it's time to shake things up a little and include some cardio with the pull up bar. As I have mentioned in the video, we are coming close to launching the new ZGYM feature that will allow you to easily track your progress for every workout you do. It's going to help you to stay on track and push you to work harder. Each workout becomes a fight you have to win and the only opponent you have to beat is yourself.

    125 reps 12lb DBs 3 full rounds + #1, #2, and #3. This was my first workout followed by Lifted Butt #3 (24:16).

    I’m so proud of myself! I’ve been working on the skills leading up to doing a handstand, and I finally did it today! I didn’t do a full minute for the buy-in, but I did do (2) 30 sec handstands! It was awesome! Next up, working towards Handstand Shoulder Taps, and the Wheel-to-Plank Flip. I’m starting to think that I will be able to do those too, with a little practice!

    Hi Zu and friends…good workout…it is amazing to realize how I was weak or how I became strong…this workout was so difficult and now it is looking so light! Of course pull-ups are still hard so let us keep working. Score below, see you all, take care.

    1st time-26th Dec 2015- Buy in: Handstand 1 minute (with support)+ 1 min 1xDU. Workout- 4 rounds+10 leg raises (legs straight)+10 push-ups on swiss ball-15:03 (160 reps). Buy out-1 min JR DU+10 pull-ups (5 chin ups and 5 pull ups opened grip) 1-10, 2-10, 3-5, 4-20 (crunches on swiss ball), 5-20 alt (plank side leg lifts)

    2nd time-22nd Nov 2016-5 rounds-15:08 (1-10, 2-10, 3-5, 4-10,5-10, 225 reps). Buy in-2:45 plank around the clock walk, buy out- 1 min abs roll-out with wheel (15 reps)+handstand kick-ups
