You guys have been enjoying these workouts so much that I had to do an extra one for this series. This doesn't mean that we won't be doing any more pull ups or hanging knee raises, however I think it's time to shake things up a little and include some cardio with the pull up bar. As I have mentioned in the video, we are coming close to launching the new ZGYM feature that will allow you to easily track your progress for every workout you do. It's going to help you to stay on track and push you to work harder. Each workout becomes a fight you have to win and the only opponent you have to beat is yourself.
