    Hi Zu…I skipped this one and I did a workout from IG with butt exercises and abs exercises on pull-up bar. It was not intense neither long but with new moves. Actually nowadays I feel I need something different and more intense in terms of complexity and variety. I want to try new abs exercises on pull-up bar and on bench and wall plank. I also need shoulder strength workouts and core focus with Swiss ball. I think Slide workouts are good but stretch and tone and killer legs I am done with those. Other ones that are beat our personal best I think I will come back to them when I feel I need it. So Zu I will keep posting about what I am doing but I will not repeat workouts done for the time being. For tomorrow I will look for a killer legs using stairs. See you all, take care.

    Loved it! I do have a question, is there any way I can see all the history of the workout I have tracked? the progress? the days i have done and the ones I skipped?… like to keep track?

    Zuzanna,
    I having trouble understanding how count reps for the fitness tracker. I just complete X arms and abs day 2. I did 4 rounds in 12 min. There are five different exercises in that workout all do 5 reps. Are you counting each in each exercise as 1 for your rep count? Let me know.       Hi 🙂 I’m so glad you’re not sick of me yet. You did great btw. For the progress tracker: 1 round is 35 reps – I count each exercise combo as 1 rep, so you have to complete the full combo to be able to count it as 1 rep for your progress tracker. Example: DB front raise deadlift / DB squat and press – this combo counts as 1 rep.
