    This is definitely one of my favorites! It’s so tough but the flow of the moves is great and even though this one is a bit longer than most ZGym workouts, it actually goes by really fast. My pistol squats have improved a lot! It was only a few months ago that I couldn’t even do one and today I did 4 on each leg in both rounds!!
