    my goodness! this was just as tough my second time around! made it in 29mins with some breaks in between. it was fantastic though. keep em coming zuzka!

    I remember the first time I did this wo last year it took me nearly half an hour. Today I killed it in 17:47, and am feeling great, except that I’m STILL having to modify the pistol squats. Sometimes i do shrimp squats instead and sometimes I do a pistol onto a low chair. In any case I feel kind of like I’m cheating, but I just can’t seem to master them. I thinking it’s more a flexiblity (and mental block) issue rather than strength at this point.

    22 minutes and 31 seconds. This one was BRUTAL, especially those rock star burpees. But definitely one of my most favourite workouts! 🙂

    I kept telling myself if you give it a half ass effort you’ll get a half ass result! But I still couldn’t finish it! lol This should get a XXX!……brutal!

    Oh man, this was tough! I tried my hardest but, as usual, I have much room for improvement. I could not do the kick-ups/one-leg pushups, I had to modify those.

    I did a lot better this time around! I remember when I couldn’t do a single dive bomber pushup and today I blasted through them with no problem. I only did around 7 rock star burpees each time but last time I could only do 5. Still working on my pistols but I am definitely improving on those as well. I was actually able to do a few of the kick-ups to one-leg pushups without modification this time so that was exciting!
