    Awesome workout. Kept up but switched to surrender squats in round 2. The shrimp squats beat me.

    SHRIMP SQUATS!! I am just working on Pistols and what do I see but Shrimp Squats! I surrendered all the way, tried one full shrimp and was left looking like a prawn, so back to the training room lol

    I chose this over SS #2 today because of time. THIS WAS TOUGH. Loved it! Added my 100 KB Swings and #121 5 minute ABS. Put a fork in it!

    This was fun! I liked the new moves that I haven’t tried before. The shrimp squats are awesome and I think they will help me get better at my pistol squats.

    Love Shrimp squats! Easier for me than pistols and I feel like a bad ass. Last round of flying burpees was a killer. Thanks for a quick 15 minute fix Zuzka!
