Also it might be easier for you to make yourself do this workout because it doesn't require you to even stand up. You're down on your exercise mat the entire time. Come on, you can do this!     I did this one today and I beat my first score, but not my second score, I was on fire that day I remember I was unstoppable hahaha ! So I’m not disappointed I didn’t beat my last score, I’m glad I pushed through it 😬

    Just did this one…but wont do it again..because that is to much for my wrists…was kind of painfull. Once had a bike accident..ever since I have problems in this area.

    Hi guys. I did this work and I managed only 2 full rounds. I wasn´t satisfied with the result, so I did it once again straight after finishing the first one. And I did 3 full rounds, 10 transformers and 5 ab splitters! All I changed was my attitude. It is amazing! I wish you all nice day and a lot of funn with this workout. 🙂
