    I did this one today and I beat my first score, but not my second score, I was on fire that day I remember I was unstoppable hahaha ! So I’m not disappointed I didn’t beat my last score, I’m glad I pushed through it 😬

    Just did this one…but wont do it again..because that is to much for my wrists…was kind of painfull. Once had a bike accident..ever since I have problems in this area.

    Hi guys. I did this work and I managed only 2 full rounds. I wasn´t satisfied with the result, so I did it once again straight after finishing the first one. And I did 3 full rounds, 10 transformers and 5 ab splitters! All I changed was my attitude. It is amazing! I wish you all nice day and a lot of funn with this workout. 🙂
