    Loved it! Did with ankle weights and worked up a good sweat. The ankle weights were perfect for the workout. 🙂

    203 reps. Need to work on pushing myself a little harder. This was a great workout, and I was out of breath, but I could have made it more intense and that’s probably what I needed today. Only modification was Santana push-ups on my toes instead of my knees. I will maybe try the knee tuck leg extensions and Santana push-ups with my toes on the chair next time, make the side lunges into side jump lunges, and the criss cross knee tuck half burpees into criss cross knee tuck hip drop full burpees or transformer full burpees to add more intensity.
