    Great aerobic routine for me. I am an advanced user but it’s nice to mix it up 😉 thank you!

    I’m no beginner either, but I’m also no black diamond, so yeah for a low energy day still got a great sweat and feel like I wasn’t completely lazy. I did full pushups and added a bosu ball for the side lunge jumps and knee to nose leg lifts. Thanks again Zuzka.

    Hi Zuzka, I added a pair of 15lb DBs for #1, #2, #7 & #8 . I’m dripping sweat ;-). It was a super fun routine. Loved it! xoxo

    Did this workout this morning, because my fitness level is more advanced and because I have a soccer game this evening, I didn’t want to exhaust myself to must. But I did it by the pool with the sun on my face and it bring it to another level 🙂 love it !!

    I’m enjoying modifying these beginner workouts. My mods: side jump lunges, regular Santana push-ups, commando push-up twists to Burpees. 👍🏼

    I enjoyed this wo, modified to make it a bit harder and it was good, its 90 degrees here today with no ac, so i’m dripping with sweat even more so than usual!!😎

    Didn’t get a workout in yesterday, so added 15# Dumbbells to all except #4 to make it an X for me! Will do again without weight when I need something lighter cuz I really liked the combo!!

    Whaaaaat??? Maybe I am a beginner! I used a 10lb db for most of the exercises and that workout kicked me. Was great cardio and have sweat running down my face pooling on the floor 🙂 Was feeling blah today so thank you this helped 🙂

    Friday is fry day :doing this today, with some upper body bonus. My inner clock did wake me up at 4: 45 am , so we’ll see by lunchtime if I have energy still.My sniffle and sore throat seem to have gone, but let’s me vigilant and not overdo. If I overdo I get sick.

    Another super fun one. The sumo jumps were the hardest part for me as I am still working to get my range of motion to 90 degrees without crumpling in my lower back or groin pain. I did regular Santana push ups with 10 lb dumbells and used an exercise ball for the knee to head one to target my abs a bit more. I also did the Wednesday deep tissue/massage since I missed that one this week. Loved the emphasis on the hips and upper legs for the roller 🙂 Looking forward to whatever Zuzka cooks up tomorrow! Abs and arms are my favorites, but I will suffer through the legs and jump rope stumbles and eventually I will love them, too…I hope. Really enjoying all your enthusiasm every day. Thank you so much!

    Loved it! Did with ankle weights and worked up a good sweat. The ankle weights were perfect for the workout. 🙂
