    This workout was awesome! Still pushed myself so I was able to work up a good sweat 🙂 Loved the combos and was happy to focus more on my form through them – completed a total of 358 reps! Thank you Zuzka <3

      Thanks for pointing out the No-Equipment Needed Total Body program! I didn’t see it for some reason, but I love the combo of workouts for week one so far! Perfect for travel or to do while outside and the kiddos are playing!
