    it will be over 90F/30C when I get out of work, planning to run in shady woods along the Fit-trail. I have my mosquito repellent this time 🙂 so should be able to stop at the different stations and do this workout.

    Nice workout! I find that the 16 minutes just goes by so fast when we do this type of workout! Will go do an extra five minute workout ☺️

    Nice, not too intense. Why is it so difficult to squat down with weights overhead? What mechanics am I missing or need to work on? Anyone?!! Thanks!

      Often it is due to lack of extension flexibility in the thoracic spine, lack of full shoulder overhead mobility, lack of ankle DF mobility and weakness of abdominals or a combo of the above. try the wheel and puppy pose, and calf stretches on a wedge. Z will get your abs in shape and the handstands help with shoulder stability. Plus it is just hard! 🙂

        Thank you for the info.!! I do feel less flexible especially in my back. I am working on my shoulder flexibility and my abs are doing ok with these crazy workouts 🙂 I will try to work more consistently on the flexibility piece. Thanks again!

    Awwww this felt good! Love doing these beginner wo’s. Between the tone and stretch and the beginner wo, it’s a nice way to be ready to ramp it back up for Friday and Saturday’s wo’s. Love the weekly schedule Zuzka – thank you! Summer is here and I’m back outside a lot more with my dog Love it! Happy Day! PS. I did the 3000 kettlebell swing challenge! Who else did that? I definitely feel like I got stronger in a lot of areas. Legs, butt, core, even my arms. I’m still doing it. I’m going on a vaca in about a week so thought I’d keep going until I’m gone. Definitely a good challenge!!
