    18:56 + 2:45 45lb KB This was my second workout following Black Diamond #3. I can’t do the hanging straight leg raises to the top, so I set up my TRX for TRX pull-ups and held my butt off the floor while I lifted one leg at a time and touched my foot to the handles to try and build the strength for the hanging ones. I also doubled the reps for this exercise. I did the double-unders with 3 double-bounces in between. This was a simple, sweet and sweaty workout!

    Buy out I added 3 band assisted chin ups after every set of 20 jump lunges: 5:41 minute

    Total workout time was 13:45 minutes

    Did this workout after practicing handstand wall walks. 5 rounds took me 8 minutes and 31 seconds with 55lb KB. Can not get toes to bar yet, but felt the work. Short workout but effective and fun. Did Stretch and Tone #21 and some more stretches and off to shower.

    This is my new favourite workout right now. Double unders changed to 20 weighted jump squats with 25lb kb, 40lbs for the swings. Lunges done with weighted vest. Legs are always dead after this one

    Wow I did this one today and it is literally as it said in the description. Short, sweet and to the point! I completed it in 17 minutes total with the jump lunges and love how I feel now! The exercises were simple but repeating them over and over was the tricky part! I love challenges! Oh and I also did the whole workout barefoot….Whooohooo!
