    Great workout, as usual. So happy to revisit. I completed this one with 13 lbs barbells this time (last time I used 15 lbs, but I think 13 lbs is better) in 16:40. I followed with 3 sets of 20 KB pendulum swings and 2 sets of regular swings, alternating, with my 45 lbs KB. Then I did a 3 mile run in the sunshine, cause it’s Saturday and it finally stopped raining here (haha).

    I am just always so satisfied with your workouts, Zuzka. I love your work and your website. It’s so complete! I’m not fat, but I plan on getting more fit and hopefully whittling down my waist by summertime. So I’m adding in more runs per week and more of our combined cardio/strength workouts as usual.

    Did this today for second time. i need to try this weekly for awhile as i need to improve on the pike hip lifts. 18:23 used 15lbs. Warmed up with a cardio buy of KB swings with 30lb for EMOM 25 reps for 10 minutes. Practiced handstands between walls and chin ups 3 set of 3 rep negative with 6lb vest then without vest, assisted chin ups 3 reps.

    Hi Zu and friends! I did this workout today…it was tought but very nice. I can not compare my pikes neither the knees on chest with Zuzkas moves! She does much harder so that may be the reason I did the workout faster. Anyways, I am trying to improve in all these moves. See you all, take care.

    1st time-27 Feb 2017- 2 rounds-16:30 (6kg dbs)
