    I loved this when I first did it, loved it again, but was slow going because of my lower back, did follow up with 5 minute fat burn and that was awesome!

    awesome! awesome! awesome! I always thaught because my legs are so long that I could not stand up without support from my hands. Well guess what! When I started this workout I could not stand up from a sit up, but I have to extend my arms way out with the kettleball and the counter weight helps me up. I am still a bit in disbelief. I could just give you such a big hug Zuzana. You make a believer out of me and so many other people. Now to the very special part. I wish you a very happy and special day. It is your birthday!
