    Perfect combination between cardio and core. More like this, please!!

    I find the X-rating very subjective, this workout was tough, but I was not completely wiped out and I was pushing very hard.
    Other times, especially with HIIT, I am completely destroyed afterwards and many times they are not rated as an X.
