    Can’t wait to try it….. in a dress at 10:15 pm, I just had to try that frog slide / knee tuck with power band ..
    FINALLY get to try this one that I’ve been looking for!

    but.. I have to wait till tomorrow evening to actually do the workout .. :p

    #2 was hard. I modified and did it with both arms. I really love all the workouts I have done so far. I been doing them for 7 weeks and I have lost 5 kg weight. I have eaten same food as usually, but less. Also added power walks and some running. Now half way to “bikini body”!

    I’m seeing improvement in my range of motion in lunges…lower back issues, funky knee, and groin issues hampering me still, but hopeful this is The Cureall. Managed to reach my dumbell for ballerina squats without slumping my back, and just squeaked the dumbell under/between my legs in the backward lunges, too. A few weeks ago those troubling issues would not allow it, so I am cautiously optimistic. And just generally feeling more fit and the workouts are getting easier. :)) I’ll take it!

    Nice combinations! Challenging but I didn’t feel as if I needed a break at any point so not an X this time, mainly because I had to pause the video to put on/take off bands, switch rooms etc which would have lowered the intensity. I do find these equipment-heavy routines don’t flow as well for me because lack of space means I can’t keep all of the equipment in the same place. Loved the band/slider exercise, and the ballerina squats with the Kettlebell.

    Kept up with Z. Used 20lb KB for the squats and 30lb KB for the lunge pass unders.
