    Agree with Annice, I’m intermediate and can not do so intense workouts everyday, several times get sored and it’ s perfect to have some days less challenging. Thank you Z.

    This was a good one. I enjoyed the inner thigh exercise. Great as my second workout for toning.

    I like this workout, short and not to hard, the secret its to do it every single day, sometimes harder than others!!
    And if i felt that i need more , i just add another workout

    Hi Zu!! Me again, I got pregnant!!! And I am scare and corncer for my age am 44, now what kind of series do you recommend to me i was combining with running getting ready for my first half but I stop because I feel cramped on my lower belly. Please suggestions so I can keep training. Congrats for you engagement:)

    CHANGED IT! Made iT a time challenge vs. rushing through in 45 sec & I also increased reps. Just thought these exercises are so technique specific that it would be better to take my time. Was an amazing WO! Did 2 rounds and these were the reps per exercise… 1) 20 reps 2) 10 reps 3) 20 reps 4) 80 reps 5) 80 reps 6) 20 reps each side 460 reps TOTAL!

    I like these workouts, gets me sweaty but doesn’t make me regret life! As a mom some days I need that. I am waiting for Jesse and Zuzka to have a baby so I can see how Zuzka handles scheduling workouts with a child! JK, kind of 😉

    Hi Zu…I did this workout today because I was sure it would be a light one…also because I did not use the dumbells I felt like this…my thighs became bigger and my butt also because of jump rope and yoga practice so I really do not want to increase it more…also because I am sore I did not want to use weights. I did not write the score properly so I will do it again in future with weights and then record the score properly. I read few comments about the intensity and I think each one feels it in a different way. I did not use the weights so I can not comment much but last two exercises were really too easy for this workout. But we dont need to be hard on ourselves everyday…some days are easier, some days are harder…life is like this. We should learn to enjoy everyday in different ways…see you all and take care.
