    I liked it. I really felt the burn with those thigh lifts. This series really requires you to refine your movement. Can’t really throw yourself through this.

    So looking forward to this workout. I finally reordered the Preworkout Fatburner. I’ve really noticed a difference when I don’t drink it prior to workouts. I highly recommend it for those of you who struggle with energy levels. It’s made such a difference to my workouts!

    Zuzka, when I follow your regular schedule I begin to feel thick and stocky. Also I have low energy all day after my workout. I do take BCAAs and L-Glutimine. When I did your 6 week bodyweight only series I felt lean, thin and good. Do different types of exercise affect people differently?

    I don’t dare doing the hip abduction in the gym, looks like inappropriate when in the middle of an open space and all others around are watching you. so I replaced with side step and OH press. the center tatami is soft foam so I get an extra challenge with unstable surface.
