Hi guys,

The big "X" in the title means that this workout is going to be extremely challenging. That said, not if you won't push yourself at least as much as I did. Your goal is to try to keep the same pace with me unless you're in better shape. In that case you should do a lot more reps then me in each interval. Learn to push yourself and learn to love it, because that's the difference between people who see results fast and those who... don't. I don't know how else to say that guys.     Oh, I had another one of my ideas for you…if you branch off and have a zgym marketed and geared towards men. You can partner with a dude and his name on the website can be Zeus😉

    Hi Zuzka, I did this instead of 12 min. Body #10. It was super A_W_E_S_O_M_E. I loved it!!! xoxo

    P.S: The last exercise, the plank jacks were total killer ;-)!

    love it Zuzka. My biggest challenge is the food I need to start preparing and planning the food but somehow at night I binge by eating junk food. I cannot control myself with junk food. I need to start trying it. I am consistent with my workout but I don’t see that much results especially on my abs. I really need to have self control and start preparing and eating clean diet. I always sabotage my workout by eating bad foods.
