    This was great. Simple which allowed me to push harder and the tabata always gives a burn! The timing for Z was a little off though. She seemed to be going by :45 :5-15 increments. My timer was ahead when we started and behind in the end. Either way a great workout!

    This workout was super hard, i did it today, after the beginner strength 8. I didn’t want to modify it, it almost killed me. 😀

    776 reps. This was not as intense as I was expecting it to be, based on the comments I was reading. I may want to add my weight vest next time, or change some of the exercises to make it more intense. The Prisoner Getups were great though. Those proved to be a little bit of a challenge. This was my first workout followed by a bonus workout: x100 KB Swings with 30lb KB, x20 ISO Push-ups (10 on toes, 10 on knees), x30 Front Lunges with 2 15lb KBs racked, x30 Side Skiers. Now I’m awake and ready to go! Bring it on! 😎

    I am glad that I did this workout I am busy today but It doesn’t feel so intense to me somehow. Maybe I can make this workout intense by repeating it twice or wear a weighted vest. Anyways all zuzka workouts are awesome, short, intense and effective.

    I love this! This was my second work out for the day. I have trouble with the prisoner get ups. Any tips for those?
