    I agree! This beginner series is a great addition, even for more seasoned ZGYM members. I just modify a few exercises, and it’s still a nice challenge! For this one, I threw in some double unders in e basic bounce segments, and did competition burpees.

    I did #7 the last 2 days while the weather was nice and was thinking of commenting “more like this please!” And here it is!! I love TABATA as a way to practice jumping rope! Looking forward to doing this one!

    Mama mia! That was a major cardio workout, felt soooo good! Another jump rope favorite! I would say I’m moderate to advanced with jR, but I enjoy the beginner series much more than the regular! I think simplicity is the secret ingredient 😉 Thank you!
