    Super fun. Even though I have worked out with you for six years, the beginner workouts are still a nice challenge. Really enjoying them mix in the weekly schedule.

    One of my fav JR workouts! I know you said it was a beginner wo but as a non-beginner, I thought this was GREAT! I’m sweating and my nose is running haha! Happy Day!

    This workout was awesome – I’m sweating like crazy. Those reverse burpees though ……. those are going to take some time.

    I love the 20 second intervals! I never feel like backing down and can really give it my all the entire time. Sometimes with certain exercises during the 45 second intervals of the advanced workouts, I just can’t continue, or have to take a break during the start of the next exercise. This never happens with 20 seconds, 20 is definitely the sweet spot! Needless to say, I really enjoyed this today.

    This one had to be done outside, because of the jump roping (it shakes the floor too much and effects other items in the rooms). It was odd to do the workout, especially the knee hugs, on uneven ground. I don’t know what I’ll do next winter. Workout in winter boots and ski clothing? High knees would be extra challenging with heavy boots on!

    On another note, I don’t know if it is my body proportions (short torso, long legs) or if I am doing it wrong, but getting into the squat in reverse burpees doesn’t take much effort for me.
