    OMG I am sweating like crazy! Awesome workout, great cardio! If someone says that you can’t get out of breath in 12 minutes, well they just have to try any of your workouts 😉 Loved every minute of it ☺

    Well I didn’t even start the workout before I did a few practice jumps and badly sprained my ankle. I plan to continue workouts with serious modifications. I wonder if you have any “core focused” floor or “leg babying” workouts to keep active through injury?

    Is there any homework with this workout? Jump rope cardio #6. Listen to this, it may let you know how determined this Z Jymer is or it might make you laugh. The ceiling in my workout room is too low to jump rope or I am too tall. Therefore I have to go outside to do these workouts. I don’t have any internet reception outside. I looked at the video first then go at it outside. Wonderful workout Thank you so much Zuzana!
