    I liked this one a lot. Got my heart rate up nicely and it let me just concentrate on practicing my jumping…none of that counting stuff to mess me up. 🙂 Nice tune up for tomorrow’s benchmark workout. Hoping I can beat my personal best tomorrow.

    Awesome workout, did basic jumps with a high jump every 2 jumps for all jump rope parts. Great cardio, basic and effective!

    Did anybody else’s feet hurt during this workout?? The arches of my feet and the sides of my feet were super achy for some reason. Wondering if anyone felt the same.

      I’ve been doing a lot of jump rope workouts lately and I have been experiencing the same thing. Maybe there are muscles in my feet I’m not used to using since I haven’t been jump roping very long.

      When I jump rope a lot, I get sore arches too. Just the way the muscles get used I guess. I’m hoping my arches will eventually get strong enough that it stops happening.

        Definitely can be from using muscles in a new way! I stretch and foam roll my lower legs extra after jumping rope. Also, try rolling the bottom of your foot around on a golf ball to work out soreness 😉

          I use massage balls on them sometimes, but I’m not as consistent as I should be. I really need to use them every time I jump rope!
