    I love these jump rope slider routines. They are hard but a good workout for me. I am getting better at the jump rope routines Its fun when I master something

    I am new, i need help please. Where do i go to get all the workouts for beginners ? please help. I want to start at workout # 1 lol

      Hi Erica,

      You can start with the Bunny Slope Workout Series for complete beginners – and if you find that it’s not challenging enough for you and you’re not getting out of breath or sweating enough, you can do the Cardio & Strength Kickstarter Workout Program.
      If you get little more advanced you can also try the No Equipment Needed Total Body Fitness Program
      By the way you can find all the programs right on the ZGYM home page.

    good one. i have mastered the double unders but still don’t have the coordination for the rockets and front and back rockers while doing the jump rope. need to separate hands from feet!

    Oh wow this was crucial! I just started to do the weekly schedule few weeks back so my sliding skills are not the best yet since I have never used them before. All the moves with the sliders are super challenging for me but I’m waiting to see some progress! 🙂
