    I just love the jump rope slider combos! Since starting the slider workouts I can tell my upper body strength and agility has increased. I can hold myself up through the entire workout now as opposed to taking mini breaks like I did when I first started these. Awesome workout!!!

    Hi Zuzka, the JR – Heel Tap – 30 sec/Twist jump were so much FUN. The sliders combos were intense! Loved it all! xoxo

    P.S: Today, the JR – DBU-jump jack & Forward back jump were horrible, I kept tripping :[). The others JR style turn out to be quite nicely & smooth!

    Loved this wo, the combination of jump rope and sliders were awesome! Still working on some of my jump rope moves but getting there slowly but surely.

    Awesome workout, loved it ! Love the X workouts! Hoping you add another lower body strength X style workout..finished lifted butt and killer legs a few times over ..love the heavy kettle bell workouts for legs

    1st time-07 Mar 2017- 2 rounds: 16:30 (I used socks so spent few seconds putting it and removing before and after each sliding exercises)
