    Hi Zu and friends! I was expecting to find a nice warrior wednesday workout but I was surprised to find this one! I know this is hard so I will not even try to do it now. I had a Muay Thai class this morning and now I will do 40 min yoga practice. I will repeat this workout some other day. See you all, take care.

      doing this in hk is 40000x harder haha
      with the humidity :/
      sam weight but with 2x 1lb wrist weights
      im limited in hk
