    I really enjoyed this one I should could have pushed myself harder. It seemed as though it had just started and then it was over. Thanks again for a great work out…. now onto the 5 minute workout Friday yaaay

    Dear Zuska I will follow for a long time and you’re very good at your job.
    I can not bring myself to follow all of your workouts because I have problems at home.
    I would like you to answer at least once.
    I want to know something more about the reverse Squot.
    I do not know dovre write otherwise.

    12:43. About 15 seconds slower than the last time I did this workout. Used my 45lb and 25lb KBs for this workout. Also wore a 10lb weight vest, to increase intensity. The last time I did this workout it did not seem very intense. The weight vest helped. This was my first workout, followed by 5 Minute Fat Burn #117 (8:33) for a bonus, and 20 ISO Push-ups (10 on toes, 10 on knees), 30 Front Lunges with 2 racked 15lb KBs, and 30 Side Skiers.

    using a heavier kettle bell increases the intensity of this workout!! used my 20kg and 16kg kettlebell and I am streaming in sweat, awesome short workout !!! xoxo
